MoveOnBoot, An Excellent Free Utility

0 Comments 18 January 2006

Although pretty basic, the program has proved to be invaluable to me on many different occasions.  For instance, have you ever encountered a file that Windows just WILL NOT let you delete?  You’ve done everything you know to do and you’re stuck.  Windows is being its’ typical stubborn self.  Well, now you have a fix.  Launch the MoveOnBoot program (accessible via the Start Menu or the right-click menu on a file) and select the file in question.  Then, tell MOB to either move or delete the file.  MOB will launch before Windows can get its’ grubby little hands on it (upon reboot).  Voila!

You can find MoveOnBoot at EMCO Software.
