I’m not exactly sure when this beta program began but I figured I’d post the news anyway.  Quark has begun the campaign to restore its’ integrity after Adobe has ripped them a new one…for the past three years.  I can’t even begin to describe the advantages of Adobe’s InDesign CS & CS2 over Quark 6 & 6.5 but here’s a link of a comparison at ArsTechnica for those curious enough to find out.  Hopefully, Quark will be able to close some of the extreme gap between the two gigantic print production programs.  Check out the beta program here: http://www.quark.com/products/xpress/seven/beta.html.
